Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, in the historic Scottish House building, the CivicMJD Victoria team comprises a wealth of experience across all aspects of Valuation, staffed by highly respected senior valuers within Victoria and Australia.

The team provides expertise across all valuation platforms, including first mortgage security valuation, rental determinations, development feasibilities, compulsory acquisition & Just Terms valuation, Land Tax objections.

The team also undertakes acquisition and disposal advice, expert witness cases, corporate investment, asset use strategies and forensic valuations across all asset classes, including specialised proper.

The team works closely with its existing interstate offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Darwin to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
