CivicMJD Newcastle office is strategically located in Mayfield, a suburb rich in history, it is positioned north-west of the dynamically evolving Newcastle CBD. Having an ambition to expand nationally, CivicMJD began widening its footprint and established its Newcastle presence in late 2021.

The office is well placed to service the Greater Newcastle region including Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Port Stephens, as well as the Central Coast and its hinterland, the Hunter Valley and as far as the Mid-North Coast region.

Due to its proximity, the team works collaboratively with Sydney’s head office to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.

  • Consulting assignments for government and private clients concerning compulsory acquisition, dedicated lands, and strategic acquisition.
  • Englobo land projects have been undertaken ranging from small scale subdivisions to large extensive developments both in urban and rural environments and in particular residential growth corridors such as Cooranbong in Lake Macquarie.
