Civic MJD – Garmony (WA) is a collaboration between Civic MJD and Garmony Property Consultants, led by experienced WA valuer Matt Garmony. 

Located in the South Perth, the Civic MJD – Garmony (WA) team has been undertaking valuations and providing property consultancy advice across a broad range of property types for a wide range of purposes for almost 40 years. The team are highly respected within the Western Australian property industry along with associated legal and finance industries.   

The team provides valuation expertise across almost all property types and for many purposes on residential, commercial, industrial and specialist property types.

The purpose of our valuation advice includes first mortgage security valuations, family law and litigation matters, acting as property related expert witnesses, market rental valuations and rental determinations, development feasibilities, compulsory acquisition valuations, Gross Rental Value (GRV) & Unimproved Value (UV) objections and providing acquisition and disposal advice.  The WA team collaborates with the rest of the Civic MJD offices across Australia to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
